Fatih CAKIR

Fatih Cakir is the Founder and Creator of STRASYSŪ, the Organizational Intelligence Operating System, designed to connect strategy, execution, performance, and leadership into one coherent system.

With over 15 years of senior executive experience across global markets, he has held leadership roles in highly regulated and complex industries, from Bayer Pharmaceuticals to the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector, where he served as Vice President for the EMEA region.

Having managed multicultural operations across more than 30 countries, he identified a critical gap in modern management, the absence of structural visibility. He observed that even large global organizations were often managed by intuition rather than systemic, data-driven engineering.

This insight led him to develop The Corporate Pattern methodology and the STRASYS platform, a system designed to bring structural clarity, accountability, and measurable coherence to organizational management.
