Paul Carlson

Paul Carlson was born in Chicago and spent his formative years in rural West Tennessee. A lifelong Chicago Cubs fan, he never set out to write a book — he just had a lot to say and finally decided to say it out loud.

A dad, husband, and deeply work-in-progress human, Paul shares his story in hopes it’ll help someone else find clarity in their own chaos.

He now lives in North Texas with his wife, son, and a revolving door of creative projects, unfinished home repairs, and life lessons. When he’s not writing, working, or building something with Legos, he’s probably in the kitchen baking sourdough goodies for his cottage bakery, Fishes & Loaves.

Where Are My Feet? is his first book—a raw, hopeful reminder that transformation doesn’t begin once you have it all figured out. It begins exactly where you stand.
