Rob Sellitto is a husband, father, pastor, and teacher with a passion for helping people and churches grow in healthy, lasting ways. He currently serves as Lead Pastor of Bromley Road Baptist Church in Ottawa, a role he has held since 2013 after years of ministry in the Greater Toronto Area working with churches and youth-focused outreach ministries.
Rob holds degrees from Tyndale University and Seminary and Wycliffe College (University of Toronto), and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Acadia Divinity College. He is also an alumnus of the Arrow Leadership Program. In addition to local church leadership, Rob serves in broader denominational and network roles, supporting churches, leaders, and mission initiatives across Canada and globally.
Rob is actively involved in church consulting, leadership development, and pastoral mentoring. He is also a writer and resource developer, creating tools, courses, and books that help people build sustainable spiritual rhythms and lead from a place of health.
Rob and his wife Jill live in Ottawa with their two children. He loves good conversations, coffee, creative projects, helping people flourish, smoking brisket, and the Montreal Canadiens.
