I grew up in East New York, Brooklyn, shaped by community, faith, and a love for sports. Baseball taught me discipline, resilience, and how to keep going when things get tough—lessons that carried me from the field into business and leadership.

Today, I’m the CEO of Moore National Facility Services and the author of this book. My journey hasn’t been perfect or easy, but it’s proof that with belief, hard work, and perseverance, real change is possible.
