Em Tyler is a pocket-rocket encourager, a firecracker for faith, relentless cheerleader, and a pastor-at-heart who has spent decades in local church leadership and holds a relentless belief that God wants you to keep growing and going.

Em is the founder of Grow and Go—a ministry home for anyone who wants to pursue Jesus seriously—which includes the Grow and Go podcast (Grow and Go with Em Tyler), free weekly devotions via her Substack, and Grow and Go Cohorts: international, intentional communities for women with weekly live teaching.

Based in the South-East of England with her husband Dan, their three children, and an overly anxious ball of fluff known as Binx, she writes, speaks internationally, and coaches to see you keep growing, going, and saying yes to Jesus. Again and again.
