Gregory Bean

Greg Bean is a nationally recognized leader in home care operations and revenue cycle management with more than 30 years of healthcare experience. His career began at age seventeen when he joined the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman—an experience that shaped his lifelong commitment to service, leadership, and compassionate care.

After the Navy, Greg spent more than a decade working on the front lines as a paramedic and critical care nurse, developing a deep respect for the caregivers and clinicians who serve others every day. He later transitioned into executive leadership, holding Director, Regional Director, and National Director of Operations roles with respected organizations including Bayada, PSA, Butterfly Effect, and Visiting Angels.

Today, Greg serves as Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at AxisCare, where he works with agencies across the country to strengthen operations, improve financial performance, and scale sustainably in an increasingly complex healthcare environment. Known for his practical, people-first leadership style, Greg is passionate about helping home care organizations grow without losing sight of the mission that drives the industry.
