Sonya’s approach combines rigorous health protocols with a warm, empathetic understanding of the 'mental load' modern women carry. She believes that the years between 40 and 65 represent a biological evolution that, when managed with intention, can lead to a woman's most confident and energetic era. When she isn't writing or coaching, Sonya enjoys practicing yoga, exploring nature trails, and researching the latest in longevity science. Woman's Wellness after 40 is her definitive guide to empowering women everywhere.

Beyond her books, Sonya shares wellness and lab-literacy content online and continues her patient-advocacy work, helping readers navigate their health with clarity and confidence.
