I work at the intersection of performance, psychology, and decision-
making.
My background spans elite sport, business, and applied behavioural
science — from training athletes at Real Madrid C.F. to leading teams
and building ventures in Australia.
Over time, I became less interested in motivation and more interested
in choice: why smart people make poor decisions, why clarity
disappears under pressure, and how small decisions compound into
entire lives.
I hold a Master’s in Sports Training and Nutrition from Universidad
Europea – Real Madrid Graduate School, alongside degrees in Exercise
& Sport Science and Psychological Science. But credentials matter less
to me than what survives contact with reality.
My work is about translating complexity into usable frameworks — tools
people can apply when uncertainty is unavoidable and the cost of
getting it wrong is real. Discipline, efficiency, and clarity aren’t ideals;
they’re skills.
Every choice shapes something. My work helps people take
responsibility for what they’re building.
