Mary Vovers Brown is an author, creative entrepreneur, storyteller, and founder of MerTales®, a children's brand dedicated to helping young children develop kindness, gratitude, confidence, and emotional well-being through playful undersea adventures.

Drawing on her experiences as a mother, caregiver, and lifelong believer in the power of stories, Mary creates books that encourage children to explore their feelings, celebrate their uniqueness, and build meaningful connections with others. Her MerTales series combines coloring, creativity, and social-emotional learning to help children grow strong hearts and bright minds.

Through her work with families, authors, and small businesses, Mary is passionate about creating resources that bring more joy, compassion, and connection into everyday life. Originally from Australia, Mary is the proud mother of two incredible souls. Her goal is to spread as much positivity as possible into the world.
