Hal Harless

Hal G. Harless is an author and aviation professional with over 42 years of leadership and mission-focused experience. He is a former U.S. Army Special Operations aviator and served in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne). His roles included Instructor Pilot, Maintenance Test Pilot, and, amassing more than 10,000 flight hours.

After completing his military service, Hal persisted as a medevac pilot, working in intense situations that demanded discipline and quick decisions.
