Rick Denton is the co-author, along with his wife Clancy, of The Loud Quiet - Love, Laughter & Life in the Empty Nest, inspired by the real conversations they began having after their children left home. Together, they co-host the popular podcast The Loud Quiet™, where they share honest stories, humor, and reflections about navigating identity, connection, and what comes next as a couple. In those early empty nest months, one phrase became their guide: Say Yes.

He also hosts CX Passport™, a podcast about customer experience with a dash of travel talk, featuring guests from around the globe.

Rick lives in Texas with Clancy and is happiest hiking, traveling, and enjoying meals outdoors. He believes the best meals are served outside and require a passport.
