Shane A Wentz

Dr. Shane Wentz is a nationally recognized transformation leader, author, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with more than two decades of experience driving operational excellence and building high-performance cultures. Known for championing Gemba-based leadership and practical, results-oriented transformation, he is a sought-after speaker who has presented at conferences across the United States and internationally.

After leaving the Army in 2011, Shane held senior leadership roles at Siemens, Nike, and Radial (formerly eBay Enterprises) before co-founding A Change in Latitude Consulting with his wife, Susie. The firm specializes in leadership development, continuous improvement, project management, and strategic transformation engagements.

He is the author of Leading Without the Title: How to Build Influence and Drive Change, and continues to write and speak on leadership, culture, and transformation. Outside of his professional work, Shane and Susie have been married for 26 years and are proud parents to their son, Tommy. An avid runner, he has completed eight marathons and enjoys traveling and investing in experiences with his family.
