Hey there, wanted to provide a little background about the journey I took to become a full-time writer. Wife, mother, registered nurse. Loved the health care world; learned so much about people. However, I always had an inner voice nudging me to write. My first story was about my brother who, by strange circumstances, ended up with an acorn up his nose. He looked up at the big oak tree and an acorn fell in. Horrified mother with tweezers, seven howling siblings. I adopted the notion his story was unlikely and with pencil in hand, I wrote a whimsical version of this family drama. Not well received by the family. Critics…you’ve got to love them. And so it goes. This series is about a family, too. Nontraditional, full of emotion, some drama. I also write short stories that have been released worldwide. Crime, mysteries, suspenseful romance.
