Pete Jones is a British-American operations leader who spent his career building high-performing teams in one of the business world's most unforgiving environments: luxury hospitality.

Having led complex operations, from fine-dining restaurants to multi-unit hotel outlets, Pete experienced firsthand the exhaustion of "hero-driven" management.
