I’m Russell T. Wright, a retired naval officer and attorney who traded cruisers and courtrooms for palm trees and pristine beaches, settling along Florida’s Space Coast.

An awakening experience decades ago led me to explore spirituality, philosophy, and direct inner experience. I draw from Christian roots (Sunday services remain my anchor for community), classical thought, and the limits of materialist “faiths” like science—all while staying grounded, humorous, and accessible.

My fiction blends fun, wise-cracking stories with subtle transformation. My non-fiction is a bit more serious (though still irreverent at times), focusing on enlightenment through inner-body meditation — the missing piece that makes ancient teachings click.
