Elizabeth Eagle-Simbeye is a design strategist who has spent her career navigating the space between creativity and complexity.

She began in hands-on creative roles, leading design inside startups, later running her own agency, and building a career as a freelancer and consultant. That journey gave her a rare perspective. She has seen what it takes to build something from nothing. She has also worked inside large, global organisations where scale, systems, and politics shape every decision.

For the past five-plus years, she has consulted with international organisations, particularly in the automotive sector, guiding digital transformation across European and global markets. Her work also spans finance, insurance, retail, e-commerce, education, publishing, health and wellness, and consumer services. Across every industry, her focus remains the same: turning complexity into clarity and helping teams design experiences that people can trust.
