V.E. Barne is the creator of the heartwarming Little Lulu Children's book series, inspired by a very special real-life pup. Little Lulu, a lovable black and white shih Tzu, is not just a character but the real star behind the stories.

Through Lulu's gentle adventures, I create comforting stories that help young children navigate big feelings like fear, courage, kindness, and perseverance. Each book in the Little Lulu series is designed to support social-emotional learning for children ages 3-6, while creating cozy moments for parents and kids to share together.

Inspired by Lulu's curious personality and sweet spirit, I believe that even the smallest hearts can learn the biggest lessons. Whether Lulu is facing a stormy night, helping a friend, or trying something new, her stories remind children that bravery grows one small step at a time. When not writing, I enjoy creating new adventures for Little Lulu and continuing to bring gentle life lessons to young readers everywhere.
