Marga Davis

Marga Davis is a German-speaking South African, mindful storyteller, qualified safari guide, and former junior school teacher whose family traded the Alps for Africa's wild embrace as part of the German consulate. Her passion ignited on a sheep farm in South Africa’s Karoo, and deepened on the doorstep of Addo Elephant National Park, where she launched her guiding career, raised her children, and welcomed all seven grandchildren.

With over 25 years guiding guests across Southern Africa’s wild heartlands, she weaves the bush’s magic, mindfulness, and wonder into transformative nature experiences.

Inspired by adventures with her family and the “Safari Seven Crew,” Marga created the Amari’s Safari Collection™, a ground breaking series across four age bands (2-6, 6-9, 9-12, 12+) that reveals courage, curiosity, kindness, and wildlife’s profound interconnectedness through animal messages and mindful wisdom. This Safari Crew legacy is set to grow across generations.
