Ben Goss

For more than 30 years, Ben Goss has been fascinated by how people make long-term financial decisions - and how technology can help them make better ones. In a university summer job in the 1980s, he saw first-hand how investments were sold without regard for people's circumstances or ability to take risk. That experience set him on a different path.

In the late 1990s, he left his job as a strategy consultant, retrained as a financial adviser and founded the UK's first online financial advice business, pioneering automated, risk-based advice over the internet.

Today, he is cofounder and CEO of Dynamic Planner, the UK's leading digital advice platform, used by almost half of all financial advisers to support over 2 million people.
