Chris Caruso

Chris Caruso spent four decades leading technology organizations through rapid change and innovation. As Chief Information Officer, he directed an IT team recognized with the CIO 100 Award for innovation and included in Computerworld's "Best Places to Work in IT" list. His work on digital paint color selection tools led to him being a co-inventor on six patents.

Now, Chris focuses on what he's learned along the way. He mentors university students and emerging technology leaders, advises nonprofits on their digital strategies, and writes and speaks about the evolving demands of technology leadership. His perspective stems from real experience navigating the daily challenges faced by technology leaders.
