Zane Graser

Zane Graser is the founder and CEO of Graser Financial Services, a leading commercial lending brokerage with access to over 100 lenders across multiple markets in the U.S. With a wealth of experience in the financial sector, Zane has built a reputation for helping clients secure a wide range of loans, even for those facing credit challenges.

Zane's professional journey began in a unique setting working as a Recreation Specialist in a maximum-security prison. This role honed his skills in management and budgeting, and provided a keen insight into government operations.

However, the instability of government employment, especially during the 2007 to 2008 market crash, led Zane to seek a more secure financial path. This ultimately led to investing in Real Estate gaining more experience as an investor wholesaling, fixer uppers, and rental properties.

The purpose of this book is to help share my experience on how I invest in rental properties and providing a short cut to getting started.
