Born in the USA but long rooted in Scotland, Paula has spent her life moving from Christie’s auction halls to high‑powered boardrooms, collecting an MBA, Chartered Marketer status and even a UK property TV series contract (“How To Be A Property Developer”). But she’s far more than a resumé.
She later ditched corporate life to launch her podcast "Mind Your Own 50s" and her book "Crowned & Unfiltered", even coining a new term: Majess (mid‑life majesty + sass).
In her work, you’ll hear Scots, British slang and the occasional Southern twang — because life lessons don’t care which side of the Atlantic you’re on. Her book shines a light on how women are fed patriarchal rules and shaped by systems they didn’t design. The accents may change, but the architecture of oppression doesn’t. The real work is unlearning the fears, habits and expectations we’ve internalised.
