Dr. Tamara Valkyrie Scheidl is an award winning leader, author, and advocate whose work stands at the crossroads of science, courage, and story. With more than two decades of global experience in the pharma-ceutical industry, she has shaped change not only through innovation, but through the quiet, determined work of making systems more human.

Recognised as a Pride Biz Pioneer, an EPBN WISE Role Model, and one of LGBT Great’s 2025 Women of Impact, Tamara is widely known for advancing LGBTQIA+ visibility and inclusion.

Tamara holds a doctorate in chemistry from the Uni-versity of Innsbruck grounding her creative work in analytical rigor and lived reality. Yet it is storytelling where these worlds meet: her fiction weaves epic, emotionally charged narratives that explore love as resistance, identity as truth, and hope as an act of defi-ance.
