Mike Smith

Mike has built his expertise in politics, policy, and persuasion, across four decades, having served as Chief of Staff to multiple Ministers in Australia, a senior political party official, and a union advocate.

A qualified trainer, across those years he has devised & delivered specialised short courses on lobbying, campaigning, governance, and many other business skills.

Now a respected lobbyist, trainer, and adviser, he helps businesses, associations, and community organisations engage government effectively and ethically, and delivers tailored courses on lobbying and governance.

He is the founder of Ethical Consulting Services.

As well as many, many, Australian election campaigns, Mike has been a volunteer inside five US Presidential election campaigns, and loves nothing more than sharing what he has learned with other campaigners.
