Kali Fields Williams has had an unusual number of lives for one person.

She was in a German girl band called Chilli. They got a gold record. She was a massage therapist. She lived in Costa Rica, Germany, and Panama before most people had updated their passports. She married her preschool sweetheart, had four kids, burned out spectacularly, and then rebuilt everything from the ground up.

That rebuild is what changed her. She started asking a question most leadership books won't touch: What if the way we burn out people and the way we burn out the planet are the same problem?

That question led her to Columbia University, to scaling a 200+ person coaching operation at Headspace, and eventually to founding The Earthy Executive — where she works with leaders and organizations who are done performing resilience and ready to actually build it.
