Lang is an educator by conviction. He knows the noise in the schoolyard, the long staff meetings, and the moments when a conversation changes something. That is what he works toward every day.

He is a certified trainer for the Marburg Concentration Training and looks more closely when children get lost in class. Because concentration is rarely the actual problem. For him, AI in education is not a topic for the future but already lived practice, with all the questions that come with it.

In his personal life, he hikes, reads, and values conversations that last longer than planned. Good food is, of course, part of it.
