Doug Tjaden is a visionary strategist who is focused on transformation of local economies through the application of biblical economic principles. This is a result of over twenty years of study that led him to write three books that establish what he calls a "John 10:10 economic worldview." It contrasts God's original intent for humanity to work together to steward God's resources and live an abundant life, with Satan's declaration to steal, kill, and destroy those resources to build his own kingdom and usurp the position, purpose, and person of God. (Isaiah 14:13-13).
Regeneco is a non-profit Doug formed to help the church understand why at this time in history, God is seeking to restore His economic principles in the world through our churches and local communities. He also serves as a Core Team leader on the Rebuilders Network, which brings together organizations to for collaborative alliances which help transform communities by applying biblical principles to every area of life. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Majesty Project which shares the beauty, hope, and truth of Jesus Christ through original artwork, placed in at-risk communities where they can serve as reminders of God’s love and presence. Doug earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science at the University of Nebraska/Kearney.
