Hi, I am Rob and I am honored you have stopped by my author central page. One of my passions is developing leaders. God placed it on my heart to initiate a ministry focused upon encouraging the church to raise up a new generation of pastors and ministry leaders.

One of my pastors ask to join me, Tim LaFleur. So, built on the mandate of 2 Timothy 2:2, Tim and I have created a proven framework to equip pastors across the United States and around the world to identify, mentor, and develop emerging leaders. My path to founding Follow the Call was shaped by my love for Jesus and a deep desire to effect an influence on the church to raise up pastors and ministry leaders to herald the truth. I felt the call to ministry when I was a young boy. Years later, while in college at Purdue University discerning the call, I did not feel I could pass the seminary courses to become a preacher. I told everyone I would become a missionary when I got older, times have changed and so has our culture. It is clear one of the largest mission fields is here in North America. And based on the fact the church needs pastors, I took some classes at my local church which led me to a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry from Liberty University. While finishing my course work at Liberty, God laid it on my heart to help the church raise up pastors.

This is what I have learned: It is integral for the church to do a better job in discipling and raising up pastors and experience convinced me the church doesn’t need more programs, but more pastors willing to say, “I see something in you, let me walk with you.” Today, our ministry, "Follow the Call" provides a real framework and tools to ignite passion to raise up emerging leaders. We walk alongside leaders across multiple languages and cultures, partnering with pastors, church and ministry leaders to ensure the 2 Timothy 2:2 chain continues unbroken.
