As the co-founder of AWAAI (Asian Women Advancing AI), a global community dedicated to supporting & empowering Asian women in AI, Padmini is deeply committed to fostering diversity in the field. She holds multiple certifications ranging from Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals, AWS AI Practitioner, Responsible AI Leader to PMP & CSPO.
