Dr Ma Mohin

Dr Ma Mohin, PhD, CEng, MIMechE, FHEA, is a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering and Programme Leader for MSc Mechanical Engineering at the University of Greater Manchester. He is also a Director of Studies (DoS), supervising doctoral research in engineering.

A Chartered Engineer, Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, and Fellow of Advance HE, his teaching and research interests include mathematical modelling, simulation, control systems, additive manufacturing, and drone technology.

Dr Mohin is passionate about making complex engineering concepts easier to understand through practical, step-by-step learning. His books reflect this approach, helping students, engineers, and beginner learners develop practical skills in MATLAB, modelling, simulation, and drone engineering.
