Mohd Javid is a Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics professional with a strong academic and practical background in the field. He holds a B.Tech in Information Technology and is currently in the final semester of his M.Tech in Cyber Forensics from the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Srinagar.
He has gained hands-on experience through internships and practical exposure in digital forensics and cybersecurity, including training at the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) Srinagar. He has worked with industry-standard tools such as Cellebrite, Oxygen Forensic Suite, FTK Imager, Autopsy, and Magnet AXIOM.
He has also contributed to research in digital forensics, with his work titled “AI-Powered Automated Timeline Reconstruction in Digital Forensics” published at the 4th NIELIT International Conference (NICEDT-2026) and indexed with Springer.
His areas of interest include memory forensics, incident response, cyber threat intelligence, and real-world cyber investigations. He continues to focus on advancing practical knowledge and research in cybersecurity.
