Jacque Keats

Jacque Keats, CF APMP, is the chief operating officer at SMA, Inc., where he has spent more than 18 years supporting clients across the program lifecycle. This book is informed by his experience spanning proposal development and capture through project execution on some of the world's largest and most complex programs.

Mr. Keats has directed engagements and provided consulting support to a broad range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies and U.S. government agencies such as the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Health and Human Services. He has received both industry and government awards for successful project management leadership and performance measurement system implementations.

Recognized as an industry leader in software systems development, Jacque has helped create enterprise project management and performance measurement solutions that strengthen execution and deliver measurable results.

He is the author of “The Essential Guide to Program Architecture” and “The Essential Principles of Baselining Solutions for Proposals”, both published by SMA.
