Lada Ortynska is an educator, psychologist, writer, and spiritual mentor with more than twenty-five years of experience working at the intersection of education, depth psychology, and consciousness studies. Her professional journey began in classical pedagogy and psychology, but years of practice led her to a broader understanding of the human being—one that extends beyond behavior, trauma, conditioning, and social roles.
Her work explores deeper dimensions of perception, inner maturity, bodily memory, consciousness, and meaning. This perspective became the foundation of her integrative approach, which brings together psychology, neuroscience, metaphysics, and systems thinking within a unified framework for understanding human development and inner transformation.
A central part of her work is Ladovanie, an original method designed to support the restoration, attunement, and harmonization of a person’s psychological, energetic, and quantum dimensions. Rather than offering quick fixes or universal formulas, the method focuses on deep inner calibration, helping individuals restore a sense of wholeness, recognize internal distortions, develop inner stability, and come into greater alignment with themselves.
Lada Ortynska works both individually with clients and in the professional training of practitioners. Over the years, she has trained more than three hundred Ladovanie practitioners in different countries.
Her approach is grounded in independence, maturity, and freedom from dogma. At the center of her work is the belief that a person can become thoughtful, self-reliant, internally integrated, and capable of becoming their own source of support.
