Raymond Smith

Raymond Smith is a Christian author, preacher, and disciple maker based in North Central Pennsylvania. After 43 years in the IT industry — the last several as a CTO for a Fortune 1000 company — Raymond retired and devoted himself full time to helping Christians become fully devoted followers of Christ through Disciple Blueprint.

Raymond has served the church in numerous roles including teacher, AWANA Commander, deacon, and preacher. He currently preaches monthly at his Baptist church in Gifford, Pennsylvania.

His writing draws from decades of faith and a life marked by profound loss — including the death of his wife Wendy to pancreatic cancer in 2024 — and profound blessing. He writes not from a seminary textbook but from scar tissue and grace.
