D. Wayne Berman

D. Wayne Berman was born in New York City and has spent most of his life in major metropolitan areas. He now lives on a farm in the mountains north of Los Angeles, where he helps care for animals and a fruit orchard while writing.

He previously worked as an environmental scientist, studying how pollutants move through air, water, and soil and how they affect human health. He has also maintained a long-standing interest in politics and world affairs.

His debut novel, Righteous Resistance, explores truth, power, and resistance in a near-future America.
