Dr Brews

A legend in both lecture halls and beer halls, Dr Brews is considered by many to be both an academic scholar and a scholarly academic. With doctoral degrees in both Pub House Anthropology and Beverage Consumption, Dr. Brews found his love for the written word while preparing his dissertation, titled "A Curriculum on the Two Drink Minimum" -- a work equally praised for its contribution to theoretical analysis and its fun rhyming patterns. When he's not whipping up whimsical words or pursuing perfect pours, Dr Brews enjoys watching German-dubbed versions of Chuck Norris films (despite not knowing the language) and a good ham sandwich.
