Chris Stanzione

Chris Stanzione is the founder of 360 Talent, a human resources consulting firm that partners with growing companies to build the infrastructure, systems, and people practices required to scale with confidence.

His career began in 2000 at Adecco, where he spent a decade in the recruiting field before transitioning into HR leadership at SunTrust Bank in 2010. Over the years that followed, he held leadership roles at Southern Company, Cox Enterprises, Manhattan Associates, and North Highland Consulting. That work shaped his understanding and knowledge on what it actually takes to build people operations that hold up under growth.

The Six Pillars of HR is the framework he developed from that quarter-century of practice: a consolidated approach to Strategy and Workforce Planning, Compliance and HR Infrastructure, Compensation and Total Rewards, Culture and Development, Employee Relations and HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition and Onboarding. It is the framework 360 Talent uses with every client, and the framework this book is built around.

Chris holds an Executive MBA from Georgia State University and is SHRM-SCP certified, a Vistage Trusted Advisor, a Certified Agile Coach, and a Certified Scrum Master. He works most often with practical, operationally focused leaders who are tired of the gap between what HR is supposed to do and what it actually delivers.

He lives in Georgia with his wife Amanda, who has stood beside him through every chapter of this work.
