S G Arnold

S.G. Arnold was born and raised in Michigan, where her love of books began at an early age. Her parents encouraged her love of reading by reading to her as a child, while her grandmother made sure she was never without a new book to discover. An avid reader ever since, she has always been especially drawn to mysteries, horror, and supernatural fantasy.

Becoming an author was a dream she carried with her from childhood. The Crafty Corpse, the first book in the Daniels Crafts and Hobbies Mystery series, marks the beginning of that dream becoming a reality.

When she isn't writing or disappearing into a good book, S. G. enjoys spending time with her family. She is married, has three children—two grown and one teenager—and is the proud grandmother of two. Her household also includes two cats and a turtle, ensuring there is rarely a dull moment.

S.G. Arnold looks forward to continuing the adventures of Lila Daniels and the residents of Maple Creek in future Daniels Crafts and Hobbies Mysteries, along with bringing many more stories and characters to life.
