Terry Stanley

Terry Stanley has spent more than 50 years in the grocery industry, building a career that began as a bag boy and culminated in executive leadership. He has served as CEO and COO of Fresh Value, Inc. since 2022, where he has built out a company-wide ethos of championing community-focused, people-first leadership.

Terry’s career began at Food Lion, where he learned the fundamentals that shaped his approach to leadership. He would go on to spend a decade with Lowes Foods in senior operations roles, and more than twenty years with BI-LO, where he led asset protection, loss prevention, and inventory control. Terry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, and remains committed to developing the next generation of leaders.
