Ericka Avila Brian, MBA is an international best-selling author, executive wellness leader, Certified Community Health Worker, yoga and mindfulness educator, and founder dedicated to helping individuals and communities thrive through connection, purpose, and transformational growth.

With more than 16 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, leadership, and community engagement, Ericka has devoted her career to bridging the gap between personal well-being and meaningful impact. She currently serves as Arizona Guia Manager for Suvida Healthcare, where she leads, mentors, and develops Community Health Workers who help older adults navigate healthcare systems, access resources, and improve quality of life.

Ericka holds a Master of Business Administration and combines her expertise in organizational leadership, community health, mindfulness, and personal development to create practical tools that inspire lasting change. She is also the Founder and CEO of The Soul Compass Collective and The Soul Compass Collective Foundation, organizations dedicated to cultivating purpose-driven lives through education, mindfulness, leadership development, and community service.
