Ken Smith served as a missionary in Japan from 1991 to 1993. He left reluctant and came home changed, though it took years after to see what he had actually learned.
Learning to Walk with Him is built around five lessons that were planted during his mission and took decades to fully understand. It is written for missionaries, the young people preparing to serve, and the families and leaders who love them.
Ken has spent his career in technology leadership and his personal life trying to be a better husband, father, and mentor to young people preparing to serve. He lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife Danielle.
This book is not about being a perfect missionary. It is about learning to walk close enough to the Savior that the rest of it starts to make sense.
