My books are written after decades of witnessing AI, cyber, network, and infrastructure modernization projects plagued by the one-size-fits- all agile software strategy. The frustration of engineers and business teams with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) only approach slows down the team's delivery when time is not on their side, especially with AI and cyber projects.
