Lawrence Cross

Lawrence Cross is a writer fascinated by the collision between technology and the human experience. His debut novel StarBridge AI grew out of years of watching artificial intelligence move from science fiction into boardrooms, living rooms, and ultimately the corridors of power; and wondering what that acceleration means for ordinary families trying to navigate an increasingly automated world.

Cross has lived and worked across the United States, Europe, and Asia, an international life that shaped both his worldview and his writing. Time spent in different cultures gave him a front-row seat to how technology lands differently depending on who you are and where you live, an insight that runs through every chapter of StarBridge AI.

He now lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. StarBridge AI is his first novel.
