Mary Ulate

Mary Ulate holds a degree in Physical Education, Sports, and Recreation, with a specialization in Health Sciences. She is an Ontological Coach, trainer, and educator with more than 18 years of experience working with children, youth, women, and communities.

Born in Costa Rica and currently residing in the United States, Mary has transformed her own story into a source of reflection, healing, and growth.

Through her experiences, she has come to understand that forgiveness is not a single event, but a profound process capable of transforming generations.
