Catherine Warnock

Catherine Warnock is a licensed professional counselor, educator, author, and filmmaker whose work bridges science, mental health, and personal transformation. With a background in forensic science and more than t decades in the mental health field, she brings both clinical insight and compassion to psychedelic-assisted therapy.

Inspired by her own healing journey, Catherine now supports clients, trains psychedelic facilitators, and advocates for safe, ethical, and intentional psychedelic care. She serves as Director of Education for the Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Association and is the creator of the documentary UNSTUCK.

In her book, Trip the Light Within: A Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy Guide, Catherine blends personal experience, professional insight, and practical guidance to challenge misconceptions about psychedelic healing and encourage a more informed, responsible path toward transformation.
