Shane Moore

Shane Moore is an Arkansas-based author, musician, and veteran of the Arkansas Army National Guard. A member of the rock band Playing With Karma, Shane brings the same energy, rhythm, and edge from music into his storytelling.

His writing blends dark fantasy, horror, humor, and emotionally grounded characters into stories that feel cinematic, intense, and personal. Whether he is building a time-bending fantasy world or crafting a supernatural horror story set deep in the Arkansas hills, Shane focuses on ordinary people facing impossible situations where fear, loyalty, grief, and power collide.

Outside of writing and music, Shane collects hobbies like most people collect trading cards, always chasing the next creative obsession. His stories reflect that same restless imagination, mixing chaos, heart, sharp dialogue, and dark humor into worlds that pull readers in and refuse to let go.
