Heuber Cassiano Casimiro Soares has been a pastor for 18 years and has served as senior pastor for 7 years. He also has 35 years of experience in the industry, with a background in industrial maintenance, team leadership, quality management, continuous improvement, auditing, safety, and solving complex problems.

Trained in technical fields such as Mechanics and Metallurgy, with a university degree in Quality Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, he combines practical knowledge, leadership experience, and Christian principles in his journey.
