David Goldstein is the Founder and CEO of TeamBonding, one of North America’s leading corporate team building companies, where he has spent nearly four decades proving that fun at work is serious business. A lifelong entrepreneur, David has built businesses around connection, creativity, and memorable experiences, from interactive scavenger hunts and culinary competitions to murder mystery dinners and global team experiences.

Known for his energetic leadership style, humor, and belief in “The Power of Play,” David has helped organizations of all sizes build stronger cultures through shared experiences that actually bring people together.

He is also the creator of Mystery Cafe, America’s original murder mystery dinner theater, and a passionate storyteller who blends business insight with real-world lessons, laughter, and a few Red Sox references whenever possible.
