Osnel Saint Jacques is an author, speaker, performance coach, certified personal trainer, and electromechanical engineer by training. He is also a Candidate to the Engineering Profession (CPI) in Québec, Canada. His multidisciplinary work brings together engineering discipline, physical health, mindset, and human resilience.
After experiencing the first signs of Parkinson’s disease in 2018 and receiving his official diagnosis in 2023, Osnel faced profound questions about his identity, purpose, and future. Instead of allowing the diagnosis to define him, he chose to transform adversity into a mission of service. His book, Invincible: Lessons on Resilience, Mindset, and the Human Spirit, shares this deeply personal journey and explores how acceptance, discipline, faith, fitness, and mental strength can help turn pain into purpose.
Osnel is a Distinguished Toastmaster, a former Toastmasters club president and Area Director, and a member of the Board of Directors of Parkinson Outaouais. He is also a founder of Invincible Performance & Resilience Inc., an organization offering conferences, workshops, coaching, and educational content focused on resilience, mindset, personal transformation, and sustainable performance.
His mission is simple: to help people and organizations recognize their inner strength, rebuild after adversity, and move forward with courage, structure, and purpose.
