Jennifer Rinkoff

Jennifer Rinkoff is a fourth-generation baker a family business that has been serving East London since 1911. A mum to 3 boys, she was raised in the bakery and surrounded by generations of family recipes, Jennifer is passionate about preserving the traditions of Jewish baking while sharing them with a new generation of home bakers. The Jewish Bakery is a celebration of the recipes, stories and heritage that have been passed down through her family for over a century.
